X Base Backpackers Fort Street Auckland                                   

 

Change of Use, of a listed heritage building from an office building to sleeping accommodation, with mixed retail, cafes, bars at street level etc.  

This project involved the construction of 3 additional upper levels on to the existing structure.

There were structural architectural and heritage issues that were overcome in a creative and cost effective manner.
